helppppp ☹️

my 21 month old hates milk. i used to be able to get her to drink half a cup but now that we've just stopped nursing, she refuses milk, she doesn't want it at all. i've tried even giving her choc milk just to see if she likes it, she only drinks a bit. she only wants water! all the time! i hate seeing her only drink water, i wished that's how much she'll drink her milk. i'm gonna try soy milk but i kinda doubt she'll drink it cause it's not water. she only wants water! ☹️ i need ideas, she's a small girl already, what do i do? she's starting to become picky on what she eats. i'm so afraid she's not getting enough calcium. i'm at my wits end. i really wanna give up but i just can't. ??? help me please.

My little guy loves the coconut-almond "milk" blend. His pediatrician approves and said he didn't need to drink cow's milk.

She doesn't need milk you can do orange juice for calcium and food should provide everything she needs. Once she's 2 you can start her on a multivitamin.

Yogurt and cheese totally count.

A smoothie my lo goes nuts for is milk, frozen vanilla yogurt, a frozen banana, and a scoop of peanut butter.

Will LO eat ice cream or yogurt? Maybe try smoothies too

Maybe try coconut or Almond milk. My Dd is dairy sensitive and both these we're recommended by our Doc. My DD likes Coconut milk and she drink some of my chocolate almond milk. Use cows milk for anything you can with cooking, I've heard if the eat a well balanced diet milk isn't needed. Best wishes it's just a phase,

spoon feeding. i'm gonna try that. it's hard to feed her anything these days, she's on the phase where she wants to eat on her own and refuses someone to feed her but i'm gonna try it anyways. thanks @mansha!

Mine refused milk in a bottle / sippy / regular cup since she turned 14 months . She started drinking lesser and lesser since she turned 1 and I switch from infant formula to toddler formula. So the only way I get any milk in her by mixing it into cereal every morning and breaking biscuits into it every evening . It's not ideal meal but twice a day two scoops of milk goes into her body with her meal and I'm grateful for that . By the way I tried fresh milk , unless I spoon feed her she won't drink any of it . She is like that with most liquid . She drinks water in a sippy based on her mood but if I don't see her drinking enough I spoon feed her that too
