I'm not 100% on this but I think dummy should be the right size for your baby . Don't remember the reason for that. I would probably change it if I was you x

The only difference ive found with ellas 0-6 and 6-12 is that the bit on the outside is bigger and 0-6 would fall out her mouth before we went on to 6-12. I don't think it will really matter x

Depends on the brand but a dentist told me it's down to shaping that's right for there mouth so its not damaging the way there gums form/teeth come in n to always use orthodontic approved one's x

I wouldn't worry a dentist wouldn't recommend a dummy anyway so I really don't think it will make a diff they r slightly bigger but if baby happy with it go with thst!!! Xx

They didn't have different size dummies when we were small and we are ok, so guess it should be fine
