Hi,

I travelled during first trimester earlier this year to NZ, USA & Canada for 6 weeks. Mind you, I didn't quite know I was preggers (but suspected). Biggest issue I had was finding healthy food I could eat. Had food aversions, mild nausea & was really tired. I always get good travel insurance in case. Did quite a bit of hiking & swimming. Second trimester is supposed to be the best for baby moons, so relax & enjoy! ❤

Congrats on bub and an amazing trip! I've done travel while pregnant with my first and planning to also with my second (I'm currently five weeks). In fact my OB encouraged it. Keeping active and entertained is good for you both.

As the other ladies say, get the doctors okay, get good travel insurance that covers pregnancy and enjoy. Most countries in Europe will be fine, I just skip underdeveloped countries while pregnant.

Have fun!!!

wear comfy clothing, walk around the plane every hour your on there to help with circulation and stay hydrated. also be careful with plane food coz sometimes it can cause tummy aches.

Make sure you have a good travel insurance plan that will cover you and baby if for the very rare chance, something does happen. It can cost you a fortune in medical costs if you don't have insurance.

Best friend was in this exact situation. Everything went smoothly except she got very bad sickness on the plane. Good luck!
