Belly wraps..? Anyone planning on wearing any type of belly wrap after birth? If so, how soon after…

I plan to but not sure on the kind yet. Ill probably wear it when i get home from the hospital but will ask drs when they think its okay too

I started wearing my belly bandir the day after i got home from the hospital then when i had lost enough weight to fit into my bellefit i switched to that for 8 weeks.

I saw a lot of reviews about the belly bandit being uncomfortable & heard a few people actually just used an ace wrap. It’s doesn’t ride up or down & it’s much more affordable. I’m thinking I’ll go that route.

SRC recovery shorts for me. Wore them last time and they were amazing. Helped the tummy and helped the circulation and just feeling like everything was being supported down there!

I’m having a c section so they give me a compression garment for my whole belly to go home with I plan on wearing it for a while

I only am because of a csection your belly is soooo sore after and hurts to cough and they help
