High temperature at home
High temperature at home
Our AC broke today and it was 95 inside. Now at night it's dropped to 90 degrees inside. I'm fine except I'm paranoid about the baby. I keep checking on her and worrying. I have fans on, windows open, diaper only etc. Just wondering if anyone else has dealt with high temps inside. Should I relax and go to bed?

How'd it go last night? Haven't had to deal with that problem in MA, but had some days in the 90s this summer. Always made me worried

We had some hot days this summer, I found he was up more nursing/ staying hydrated. I just feed extra and kept him in AC places during the day.

baby will be find just let them sleep in a pamper so they get more fresh air. I live in South Florida and during Irma we lost power for several days and it was hot as heck. If possible keep a wet wash rag by the baby and if they start to feel hot just wipe them down with the damp rag.

Thanks ladies. Of course baby was fine. I think I'm just paranoid because my older daughter has overheated in the car a couple times & really scared me. I can't afford to get the ac in my car fixed and it's several months of 110+ degree weather here. When my girl overheated in the car I wasn't even hot so I know the heat affects them so much more than us.
