I've been induced twice and was able to drink before being induced. Just couldn't eat anything. Take advantage while you can!

Same as pp, I could eat light up until I got an epidural.

Eat too! My hospital doesn't allow food until you deliver. Only ice chips.

I ate jelly beans through my induction right up until I give birth. I was told that is possible helped save my life since I still went into shock and bleed out and they think the higher level of sugar in my system helped my body not get as shocked as it would have been which meant I didn't bleed out as much. I was also allowed to drink the whole way through

I was told if I wanted to eat, eat before, so I had a grilled chicken snack wrap and thank goodness I did because they didn't let me eat until after my baby was born! ? I was a starving ravenous beast! Lol of course I could sip water and juice through out labor to keep me hydrated and my sugar up.

I was allowed to eat and drink whatever before my induction. Once I went in, I was only allowed jell-o, water, and ice chips. After so long, they took the jell-o and water away, then eventually took the ice chips too.

I say drink something and definitely eat!
