Carefree brand, unscented. And change the liner every couple hours. If it makes you feel better, everyone I know who has lost their plug has done so on the toilet. And honestly, even if you don't, I would rather mucus plug in my underwear than a yeast infection.

I got lucky and lost mine while on the toilet!
But my friend says always is what she wore. But to make sure you get the unscented ones.

It's kinda rare for you to lose it at all. I lost mine in chunks on the toilet during early labor. Didn't come out until I pushed to pee

I wouldn't even stress about wearing a liner. It's not like a gush. Comes out in chunks, and only when I peed.
