Sorry I probably won't remember all your questions.
For medication: maybe worth mentioning to your doctor, but probably wait and see how you're feeling postpartum to actually get the meds.
Baby's diaper bag:
For hospital, they usually provide diapers, wipes, formula, pacifier so you really just need a couple outfits for baby to wear and go home in and maybe a blanket. Obviously you can always bring your own stuff if you prefer a certain brand.
For everyday diaper bag: I kept a couple diapers, wipes, a couple extra outfits, socks, burp cloths/ bibs, a blanket, an empty bottle, pre measured formula container, a couple pacifiers and pacifier wipes.
Frozen meals: I usually made things like lasagna, soup, chili...basically stuff that's easy to reheat.
No advice about padsicles as my first was an emergency c section and still pregnant with my 2nd.
For pp underwear, I suggest big granny panty type underwear. Especially for immediately after birth the first couple weeks. The pads they give you to wear are huge!
Baby bottles: we used avent naturals and loved those! They helped a lot with switching between breastfeeding when I was still breastfeeding in the first few months.
Coupons for diapers and wipes you can get online from sites like coupons.com, target coupon link, Sunday paper inserts, or sometimes in diaper or wipe packages they come with a coupon for next purchase. Also keep your eyes open for store coupons cuz you can usually stack them with manufacturer coupons at places like target or cvs!
Coupons for diapers are usually in the Sunday paper, you can even buy coupons online from couponfleamarket.com.
Bottles, I used the Playtex vent aire and my LO loved them.
As for underwear, ask the hospital for the mesh underwear they give you, they're AWESOME for the heavy bleeding you're going to have for atleast a week.
As for your medication, PPD is unpredictable. Be sure not to confuse it with the baby blues, which 80% of women get. Wait until you give birth and see how you feel, if you're not ok than contact your doctor ASAP.
I left the hospital with a Rx for my anxiety meds, I had refused to take them while pregnant. So anything you took before, I would definitely start right back up day 1.
I don't think I'll remember all your questions but I'll give them a try..
Diaper bag- I just put 4-5 diapers in there, wipes, butt paste (for rashes), extra outfit, and I also use it as pretty much my purse so I put my money and pads in there.
Pp padsicles- I didn't use them because I had a csection lol
Medication- I have no clue about that one. I don't think they would prescribe it for you unless you felt like you needed it right then though. I'm not sure.
Bottles- I'm not sure. This baby eats straight from the tap and I honestly have not a clue about bottles. ??
Panties for pp bleeding- I just bought a pack of the high waisted ones from Walmart. They come in like a 6 or 7 pack and they're only like $10. I obviously wasn't planning for a csection but I got the high waisted ones just in case so they wouldn't lay on my incision line and I'm glad I did because I ended up needing them lol.
I can't remember anymore of your questions though lol I tried to help!
Edit: while you're in the hospital ask them for mesh panties like 10000 times!! I had DS almost a month ago and I still have some in my bathroom ? let me tell you, they're amazing.
My hospital gave me padsicles that you broke and half and cooled you down. Those were amazing! With my first I took some extras home, with my second I didn't use them all.
I wore adult diapers for bleeding. It's been great. I premade the padsicles so they were frozen. They were godsends. I've been using multiple kinds of bottles so she doesn't get used to one (I am half breastfeeding half formula feeding due to breast issues).
I have the following in her diaper bag: diapers, wipes, change of clothes, burp cloth, swaddle, changing pad, formula, bottle, nipple, binky, meds.
If you have a CVS nearby they are great for diapers if you keep track of when they have sales, when the Sunday paper has coupons (or coupons.Com, etc), and when they have their extra bucks for baby items. You can even save more with ibotta and checkout 51 on top of the coupons and sales. I can usually get diapers for around 2-3 dollars a pack if I catch the sales and have good coupons.
For the hospital bag the only thing you should need for your baby is clothing to go home in. They should provide everything else.
As for undies, I purchased granny panties that were silky and a few sizes bigger. I then piled pads in there. I know some have used depends and enjoyed them. The ones they give you at the hospital could be helpful. Take some home with you :)

I wore boy shorts for a few weeks pp. I got a size bigger than I usually would.
I liked medela bottles but it really just depends on your baby. I eventually just used cheap ones from Walmart.

I should add you need a CVS card but it's free.

I'd talk to your doctor about your meds before you give birth and let him/her know your concerns.
For recipes: Pinterest has a lot of cool freezer recipes. Chili and freezer bag meals are the best.
For coupons: ibotta and checkout51are pretty cool. Pm me if interested.
For PP recovery: mesh undies and cotton panties are good.

For bottles: I've heard the advent and dr brown's are the best. Glass bottles are the best option since plastic can hold onto bacteria.
