So DF came home Friday to his cologne bottle broken. His son actually bought it for him with his allowance money. And Dustin came home and smelt his cologne and he asked the room mate if he used his cologne and he said no. So he went into the bathroom. And he couldn't find his cologne. So he checked the trash and found his cologne broken. And he asked what happened. And his room mate was like "I don't know, I didn't touch it." And like an hour later he said "maybe Maddison broke it?" And so DF asks me if I broke his cologne just in case and I told him no, I wasn't there since Thursday since I was getting ready for prom, getting my nails done and putting curlers in my hair for the night and I didn't come over to grab his clothes to wash them Friday since I was on a time schedule and he said that he didn't believe his room mate but wanted to ask me first. And then DF confronted the room mate, saying I wasn't even here and he knew that since I didn't take his clothes home to wash. And then room mate said "maybe it was the cats" but we don't let the cats roam outside the room without him and I home, keep them in DFs room, with the door locked. So DF told him to tell him the truth but room mate got really defensive. So DF called me up, very upset and asked if he could talk to me. I went outside of prom, and talked to him for 30 minutes and he was like "if Noah didn't buy it, I wouldn't be upset" and it broke my heart. So I'm going to try and take Noah out with me to get his dad the same or similar cologne and pick out an outfit for DF in a week or so. So fast forward to yesterday, DF said he wants to kick out the room mate and keep this place and move our unborn LO and I in, he told when I go home to wash his clothes, bring over some of my clothes and stuff to put in his closet. He even said "if he can lie to me about little stuff, he could be lying about big stuff. I'm sick and tired of him walking in our room when we're sleeping or when you're in there by yourself after i leave for work "looking" for his stuff in our room. I'm sick of it. He's thrown out bills, won't turn off stuff when he's done and making my electricity bill a hundred bucks more, won't clean up his mess and won't put his clothes away and leaves them all over the floor." He hasn't talked to his room mate since he hasn't been home since Friday night, but told him they needed to talk when he gets home. I'm sorry if it's all over the place. I just needed to get it all out and I feel terrible for DF right now. To cheer DF up, what should I do? I made him breakfast this morning, helped clean his room with him and reorganized his closet with him, and helped with dinner. But I want to do something special for him.
