I have a cyst on my left ovary, I found out when I was 10 weeks, but it's just now hurting me. The doctor told me it's harmless and it'll bust within a month or so. I'm 17 weeks now. It isn't bleeding or leaking. Should I take a warm bath or use a cold compress on it? I know nothing of cysts. I know if I start to bleed I need to go to the hospital.

I don't know how you would put a cold compress on your ovary lol.
But to answer your question do whatever's comfortable to you. But no hot hot baths and no heating pads was my understanding in early pregnancy.
Just be warned. When that thing busts you are going to be in major pain. And try to stay calm and relax as not to stress out the baby.

@happy hospital didn't tell me what kind of cyst but said it'll go away on its own or it'll bust on its own.

Don't worry it should go away. At my 9week appointment dr told me I had a cyst but at 19 weeks it shrunk he said it's going to go away on its own nothing to worry about.

My ovaries are riddled with cysts (pcos) and from time to time one of them bursts and hurts like heck. It usually either happens when I make an awkward or sharp movement. Just try not to worry about it and don't make any sudden movements lol. It may shrink down and go away on its own.
