If they don't want to keep you they need to address all issues prior to your probation period ending. Once it's ended they can't fire you for being pregnant they need a good reason otherwise it will become a case of unfair dismissal. My advice start documenting everything now... what they give you, what they take away all conversations with management regarding work duties and permanent role etc..
Have a look at the Fair Work website or give them a call to check the info on probationary periods. Maybe you should send your boss a calendar invite for a meeting to discuss your role next week so it can't keep getting put off. And being pregnant isn't a reason for not passing your probation! It does look and feel like they want to get rid of me which is pathetic as I can do they job (it's not hard) but they just won't let me. It is extremely upsetting to me and I don't know if it my hormones that are making it work or if I have a valid reason to be upset

How long was the probation period for and how big is the company?

Probation is 3 months and there is about 60staff all up but only 6 in administration
