Prodromal labour

Just my luck ladies, I've been having contractions since 9pm last night that were 5-9 mins apart and about 1- 1 and half mins long all night till about 6am but no change in intensity. Fell asleep, woke up at 7:12am and they tapered off to every 12 mins apart. Went to the hospital and no change to cervix. I don't want to be induced unless it's going on for couple days, and I know my water won't break till I'm in active labour. Already about 14hrs of contractions so far....Guess I'm in this for the long hall.
