Yikes I would be soooo scared of it catching on something!! I took mine out and it didn't close!!

Cute! I'd also be afraid of something getting caught on it! Or my kids pulling on it! Took mine out with all three and it hasn't closed. But I've had mine for like 15years. Man I feel old! ?

Didn't have my belly button done but I had both nipples pierced and took them out for this pregnancy. I did the same with my son and got them re-done. I don't think I'm redoing them again lmao

I got mine pierced 17 years ago and took it out permanently 12 years ago, still hasn't closed lol. Very cute just be careful!

So I had to take it out per my doctor :( he told me he wants the hole to be closed in case I need a c-section (which he thinks I probably wont) ugh..lol

I got maternity belly rings with my first and this one. My midwife never said anything either times only that they are cute. Sucks they made you take it out but if it isn't recent there's a good chance it will not close. My friend had hers for 10 before taking it out 5years ago and it hasn't closed.

Awe your belly is so cute! I had a maternity belly ring in until my belly ring hole stretched and became u comfortable. Keep it oiled up so the skin doesn't get irritated.

I got it from Ebay..its called bioflex maternity pregnancy navel ring and it's from the company called nosejewels.

I did get my belly pierced about 11 years ago and always had a ring in it. I didn't want it to close so that's when I bought the maternity ring. My doctor is funny because he wants it to close but that's not going to happen lol it take a while for it to close. BUT I will not put it back in per his instructions lol...

I think it is more if they do surgery they dont want to work around it while tugging on baby and your skin to suture-- it is good advice.

I used to have mine done i took it out before my first because the skin in between feels really thin. The holes only closed in the middle so i can still see it but since my first its off center and this pregnancy my belly button is popped out so i dont think i would of kept lol

So cute! I'm 34 weeks and still have my regular ring in, it hasn't felt uncomfortable for me in any way. I've had it for 6 years now and it's completely healed too :p
