I watch it faithfully, but with being in hospital I lost track of my days and missed it I am going to have to watch it on dvr when I am able to go home!!!
But have a pretty good idea based on those who have watched it that I will be disappointed!
I thought they were getting rid of Derek when he left for DC. This is just kinda weird. The whole situation didn't make sense. Story line had a lot of flaws IMO
If you really think about it it does make sense to kill him if he wanted off the show. Would we have been any more disappointed if he had left and abandoned his family? His character was not like that. There would be to many unanswered questions with him just leaving her and never being seen again.
It still makes me sad though! The was they killed him was wrong. The neurosurgeon left Brain dead!! She definitely pulled the plug a little fast imo. Why not call Amelia or anyone to be with her?

I watched and was left traumatized. I did not see that coming at all. I see the show ending soon. Maybe next season will be the last.

I thought the same thing that when he left for DC he's not coming back...
