Two different hb on doppler

I had a sono at 10 wks for like 2 min and the tech rescheduled the NT for this Friday

I'm gonna be 12 wk 5d

Perhaps you are hearing ur HB? Count them to c. I hear 2 of my own HBs in my lower pelvis one on the left and one on the right. Ur baby shud have a way faster HB than u!

I usually find my heartbeat on left and right side of pelvis, which is a lot slower than babys so you should be able to tell the difference. Babys will be over 140 bpm. Sounds like galloping horses.

The both heartbeats are over 150bpm

My heart rate isn't that rapid

Don't trust the reading on the Doppler. They are very inaccurate. If they both sound like a train then it's probably twins.

I am also hearing two but I'm wondering if the wand is just being angled toward the same place and picking up the same hb. I don't have an ultrasound until jan 16th.

I have heard that you can pick up a pulse from the umbilical cord or and echo from the placenta. *shrug

My SO handles the doppler and depending on where he positions it we can hear the heartbeat on both sides. There's all sorts of sounds we hear too, my heartbeat, artery, placenta. But being that you've had a twin pregnancy before I recommend just checking with your doctor.

I'm having twins & I hear both heartbeats with my doppler. They are kinda close together though. Definitely different. But one baby is on the left, and baby A is more in the middle. Could be 2 ?
