I'm sorry, I know this question has been asked before but I'm just so confused by it lol. When do I consider myself 1dpo?? I got a positive dip strip opk Friday and peak digital opk Saturday. So should I consider Sunday 1dpo? Or is Sunday ovulation and Monday is 1dpo. I've never really had ovulation pain so I can't use that. Any advice will be helpful. Thanks in advance!!!
