i tried it for 2 cycles. i have very loooong cycles and acupuncture helped get them to 28 days ..

but everyone gets their own treatment depends on your body and your needs. i got no bfp but i definitely loved it . its really relaxing and i am definitely a believer in its medicinal powers. baby dust !

I was diagnosed with low ovarian reserve and heard acupuncture helped. Ive been TTC for 16 months. I’ve had 4 sessions so far, and started taking vitamins. AF due fri so I’ll let you know. I find it really relaxing and apparently my other half has said it has calmed me down lol. I’m going to space them out and not have them weekly. Going to try a few days before I ovulate and then in the LP stage. Let me know how you get on x
