can i just get a positive already

Dh and i have been ttc for over a year. It took us a long time to conceive both of our boys. Last night i had a dream that i took two tests and they were positive woke up took a test and negative. Today i cook eggs and i have double yolks. Af is due Friday i wish that i could just get pregnant already
