I started on cd3 only because with my other two pregnancies we dtd once during my af on the 3rd day and that was it and i got pregnant i wanted to see when i ovulate. I got the 50 ovulation tests so im not worried about wasting them
First month too for me. Start taking them right after your period is over. Once you see the line getting darker take them 2x a day. Once it's almost positive take them 3~4 times so you don't miss the positive. And then take them after the positive too for a few days to make sure that was the positive.

I took mine around 1~2pm and then again 9~10pm.
