Drinking milk before bed helped me. And tums for awhile....when that stopped working I would eat almonds or raw oats. It helps, it's just not fun trying to choke back raw oats in the middle of the night. I'm sorry. Heartburn is the worst!
OB put me on 150mg on zantac once daily. I was throwing up stomach acid and having really severe reflux. She said to try it for 2 weeks and hopefully that will calm it down and I won't need it everyday. But even if I do she said zantac is completely safe for pregnancy.

Take a shot of apple cider vinegar in the morning and at night.. it's gross but I swear it's magic..

Ginger capsules is what helped me
