I'm so tired of having a stuffy nose .!! I can't breath right at all and I can't sleep worth s*** ? like I blew my nose and everything , figured I blew all the snot out , since my nose started poring w blood afterwards. .. now it's like I never even touched my nose.. is there anything I can take for a stuffy nose? Please somebody tell me that it is ???

I've had the same problem. I bought non-medicated nasal breathe strips. I just put it on my nose before bed and I'm able to breathe again with minutes and I'm able to sleep through the night. It's seriously been a life saver. And I use saline spray for temporary relief during the day.

I have had the same problem.pregnancy hormones cause your nose to swell. I have been using nose spray Afrin since I was 4 mos pregnant. It happens to most pregnant women and it clears up after you give birth.

Definitely have a humidifier going every night! Also a diffuser with essential oils will help!
