Breech flipped Anyone have had a very snug and comfortable non moving baby late in pregnancy(37weeks…

My last pregnancy with my son was breech and my consultant convinced me to have a ECV, where they try and move the baby into the correct position, however it didn't work for me and the ECV was a horrible! I ended up having him at 38weeks via c section - it was my first baby and everything was new to me and recovery wasn't too bad! Main thing is the baby's safety and health.

Another app I have said to get into a modified cat yoga pose (on knees and elbows) and to sway your hips back and forth. Something about gravity and the swaying motion is supposed to get baby to flip.

Yeah I have a scheduled ECV but it is a little worrisome when your dr. Said he has broken a sweat and bruised bellies ?

My babies butt was literally engaged so once I found that out i did some of the spinning baby exercises and got him out of the canal but other then that he wont budge.

ECV worked for me at 37 weeks. Super uncomfortable though. Make sure you plan the rest of the day to just rest. The head stretches a different part of the uterus so there's some cramping involved the rest of the day.

I'd be doing every exercise possible to flip the baby. Try the Miles circuit and try spinningbabies.com

At 34 weeks my son was breech

At 35 weeks he was head down

At 36 weeks he was still head down

At 37 weeks he decided to lay transverse

Meaning he had his head on one side and his feet at another.

Hopefully our kids will decide to go head down and make it a little bit easier on mommy.

Currently at 37 weeks. Scheduled for an ECV for 37w 5d, but doing those spinning baby exercises like crazy now in an attempt to get him to flip. If not, or the ECV doesn't work, then I'm scheduled for a c section at 39 weeks.
