Pregnancy Pillow Can any of you ladies recommend a good pregnancy pillow? I’m super bloated and so…

I got a snoogle. It’s sort of a wonky hooked c shape. I liked that I could bend it a thousand ways and was afraid that the big u-shaped ones would take over the bed, make me hot, be hard to get in and out of, etc.

At times I think I would have liked the additional support, but I just wind up throwing an extra regular pillow against me on the open side.

It felt way overstuffed when I got it, but it’s settled since. Now I find the head and neck side just about perfect, but it has gotten a little more smooshed than I’d like where I pull it between my legs.

I recently posed this question to a parenting group and got an overwhelming love for the Snoogle.

Moms said they’ve used them well beyond pregnancy and even for baby.

I bought a knock off version Zen Bamboo or something, it was like $40 and it’s just okay.

The stuffing flattened and lumped up after one use, and honestly my three pillow set up was way more comfortable so I haven’t used it since.

I need something too... maybe I'll start searching online, I'm a side sleeper and those C pillows sound amazing ?

I love my snoogle. I’m a belly and back sleeper. Currently 17 weeks. But I started using it at 12 weeks because I wanted to break my habit and start side sleeping. I only used it on those bloated night days the first few weeks. Although this week I’ve been wanting it more. Belly is starting to be consistently out ?

Thanks ladies! We are heading to babies r us right now to go see what they have. They are closing a lot of babies r us/ toys r us stores in my neighborhood so they are having a HUGE sale right now!

I ended up getting the babies r us brand one because I liked the way it curved vs the snoogle and also because it had a removable cover I could wash. The snoogle they had did not have a cover and they apparently didn’t carry any. I brought it home and sleep the last 10 hours. And move, now I’m wide awake at 2am.

Just for anyone that searches out this thread in the future... I thought the same things about the cover, but my snoogle did come with a white slip cover on it once I opened it up. I wanted another layer of protection, though... like you put your regular pillow into the white protector case and a pillow case.

Checked amazon and extra covers were more than I wanted to spend. I ended up taking old flat sheets from my closet that we didn’t use anymore and making my own cases. I used the slip cover that came on it as a pattern... it took a couple hours to sort out, mainly because of the size, but it worked really well.

I got a u-shaped pillow and it’s quite rubbish. Takes up way too much space, I overheat and it’s not really supportive at all. I find it to be quite flat and the part under my head is just uncomfortable. Overall huge waste of cash.

I use about 3 pillows and just move them where I need them and it’s so much better!

Rather get one that seems overstuffed cos it will flatten a bit. This one was just never really great from the get go but the picture looks amazing.
