What kind of vitamins or herbs can I give DF to possibly help us to conceive. We have been ttc for 2 years and I'm suspecting he might have low sperm count... Anything?

Does he take a daily multi vitamin? My dh takes his everyday. I myself have been taking a prenatal vitamin every day for the past several months even though we just started ttc a couple of months ago. My dr told me that it is good to take the prenatal vitamin all the time! Good luck! Baby dust to you!

Yes he has been taking multivitamins for the last 6 months and I have been taking prenatal a for the last 8 months

I've also heard taking biotin and co-enzyme Q10 helps as well

It's a herb that boosts sperm count/motility and increases libido. Both male and female can take it but we can only take it from cd5-O. It boosts fertility for both sexes.
