Mine have been very irregular too... Even getting on bc to regulate didn't help... This pain is so bad as well... I never so mad has had a cramp during af before my miscarriage in 2011
I have always had cramps and heavy bleeding with my periods, but after my 2nd miscarriage last September it has gotten worse. No meds help the cramps, and I'm practically useless if I have to work the first day or 2 of it. I have talked the my dr about the possibility of having endometriosis, but I haven't followed through with any treatment yet. But it sucks so bad!
Wow... I have never even considered endometriosis... I thought maybe pcos but although my periods are irregular I have them... Today is cd 4 and blessing is pretty much non existent...
Do you have really heavy periods with some clots also? Mine have always been terrible, with heavy bleeding and small clots, but the cramps have just gotten worse for me. It even hurts to use the restroom sometimes. Hopefully yours get better! I know how terrible it feels! I usually lay in bed with my heating pad for the first day if I'm able to lol

Do any of you ladies have fibroids? Of so that can be the cause of your issues with menstrual cycles.
