My daughters 11 weeks I’ve been exclusively pumping since 2. I’m in university 5 days a week and pump twice during class hours. I honestly just hold the pump with my hands it’s not really a big deal. I was using a nursing bra at first and doing the whole hole in the sports bra thing but now I’m back to my regular push up bras cuz I don’t leak and missed the look lol. I just have the ones where I unclip in the front ??‍♀️

Got a hands free bra on Amazon for less than 20- wear it each day and will need another one! Works great as I often pump in the car in my way to work!

I Use the Freemie cups. You can pump and just place the cups in any bra you are wearing. The Freemie cups can be found at Target. It works with most breast pumps. I wouldn't buy a nursing bra. You can save $50.00 by cutting holes in a few old bras. I would wear the old bras with the hole and the middle and just put a nursing pad inside the bra so I don't have to take my clothes off. That helps from having to take clothes off everytime you pump. All I have to do is remove the nursing pad and I am ready to attach the pump.

I plan on wearing my sports bra with the holes and my nursing bra over it too. I'm just gonna put nursing pads on.

I haven’t gone back yet but I’m gonna try pp idea with sports bra underneath nursing bra! Good idea! Hope it’s comfy lol

I havent gone back to work yet but when i do im going to do the sport bra with holes in it with a nursing bra over top. This way i have the hands free method right there and easy access to it with the nursing bra. Not sure how comfortable it will be yet, but going to try it.

I like the sports bra idea. But still needs changing into and out of, right? That is what I am trying to avoid.

I wear a normal nursing bra.

I hold them. It takes me about 10 min to empty. I pump at 10 and 2 while at work.

I just hold the flanges personally lol. I feel like the bra just gets in the way
