How to pump and breastfeed
Mommies, I am exclusively breaatfeeding my little one but I have to go back to work in April. I have started pumping to build a freezer stash. Any other mommas doing this? When do you pump and how many times a day. I am concerned that if I pump and baby needs to nurse (i nurse on demand), then he won't get anything.

So idk if I'm going back to work this time around, but I did with my first. First I tried her on bottles before I went back because sometimes they can be picky and sometimes refuse them especially if it's coming from you! I'm building a stash up right now. In a week I have about 50oz in the freezer. This is for if me and hubby want a date night or if I do decide to go back.! I usually pump twice a day. I will pump one breast and feed with other. Once in the morning, and once at night.
I nurse on demand as well and what i do is block feed. When she eats from one side i pump the other but generally only do this 3 times a day i have 18 oz saved up in 3 days. Plus i pump once more at night so hubby can feed her before he goes to work
