What does the baby do all day?
Mommies, I was just curious. We see the daily/ weekly development on here and other pregnancy websites. It says how big the baby is, what stage of development, etc. But what does the baby do all day? I went in for a US and saw the baby moving around, which is expected at this time( 11w) but does the baby sleep? Or is it just idle for some time?

Mostly, baby is growing, developing, and learning how to move those very newly developed limbs; and yes, baby sleeps.
You'll discover this more as baby is bigger & you can feel movement more clearly, but typically while you're moving around, baby will be lulled/rocked to sleep. As soon as you sit/lay/rest, baby wakes & 'parties'!
It makes for fun times at bed time ?

Yup I got the sleep-wake cycle with my DS. Was just curious what they do when they're so tiny.
