I’m curious how far along were you when you first heard your baby’s heartbeat??? With my first I heard hers at 6 1/2 weeks, same doctor but they switched to a bigger practice and at my ultrasound 8 weeks they gave me the rate but said it’s too early. Today I had an appt I’m almost 12 weeks and I thought they would do the Doppler but they said it’s too early! Ughhhh I have to wait till May 9th when I get the NT scan done I’m so anxious I want to her my baby buns heart beat already!

Saw heartbeat at 6 weeks. Heard with my Doppler at 9 weeks 3 days. Heard on ultrasound at 11 weeks 3 days.

Just had my 2nd appointment today.. I’m 10 weeks 5 days and they found the babies heart beat with the Doppler.. HR was 150

I'll be 12wks on Friday and I was told by ultrasound not until wk13 by Doppler there wk10 they tried at wk10 but couldn't find her so sent me to ultrasound instead.. I wasn't complaining on the ultrasound

I saw my babies heartbeat at 5 weeks 4 days but haven't actually heard it yet. Have scan next week so crossing my fingers i hear it then. Havent got a Doppler to try

OP I’m like you, first ultrasound at 7 weeks and they told me the rate but didn’t hear it. If I don’t get to hear it at my 12 week scan then I’m buying a Doppler for sure.

Heard it at 8 weeks at our ultrasound. And 9 weeks I found on my Doppler. Nurse found it today at 12 week appt

We seen baby’s HB at 5wk5d but didn’t hear it till 8wk4d and then again at 10wk4d xx

I’m anxious to finally hear on May 9th, I’m just thrown off because with my first they checked every time starting at 6 1/2 weeks so I’m like can you guys even just check I wanna hear it!

I saw my baby’s heartbeat flickering on the screen at my dating scan at 8weeks 6 days.
I just had my first appointment yesterday and heard it on the Doppler at 10 weeks 4 days.
However my doctor said he usually doesn’t check with the Doppler until 13 weeks but decided to try because my uterus is already up and out of my pelvis. He just said not to be concerned it we didn’t hear it, but we did :)

Saw and heard this baby’s heartbeat at 8w3d on ultrasound. With my son I saw and heard it on ultrasound at 6w5d. Maybe your dr doesn’t have as updated of ultrasound machines?

Shortly after I had my first in 2016 my doctors office switched over to a bigger carrier they are more advanced now than ever but I’m thinking they probably having strict guidelines and won’t check till 13 weeks or later, whereas back in 2015 when I first was pregnant they checked right away because they were a small private practice. I was just confused lol because same doctors but like it’s different now
