They are all natural - they work by using acupressure. I bought the psi bands and I feel like they have given me some relief but who knows it seems to come and go! They psi bands are more customizable size-wise than the sea bands. Good luck!

I've been using the sea bands and I feel like they really do help. Everytime I've forgotten to put them back on after I wash dishes I end up feeling super nauseous. I have really bad nausea even with medication but these have helped me. I kinda want to get some of the psi brand because I've seen those are adjustable. The sea bands you just slip them on

I've tried to order the Psi bands and Sea bands but I think they are banned here in Canada. I ended up trying an imitation one from a drug store and it gave me a pressure headache so I returned them for my money back.
