I take the vitamin code raw prenatals by garden of life. They are capsules, but it says you can pull them apart and mix into water, juice, or smoothies. :) those have iron in them and might be a good option for you. I hate swallowing huge vitamin pills, too! Otherwise, if you stay with the gummies you could probably be prescribed an additional iron supplement.
I’ll look into this too, thanks! I’ve been freezing so I think I may be low in iron, I don’t understand why they can’t just make all prenatals the same lol
Solaray once daily prenatal from the better health store- it's a food based vegetarian capsule. I'm not vegetarian but it had all the proper nutrients that are important in a prenatal☺️

Yeah I prefer chewables I’m currently taking the cvs brand gummies I love the flavor but notice there’s no iron in them

My doctor said the gummies aren't good to take cause there more sugar then the actual vitamins baby needs

Yes they are actually coated in sugar I had a hard time with pills, I’m going to bring mine to my doctor appt and show her

Mine are a prescription and are free through my pharmacy!! May want to see if your pharmacy offers anything like that.
