Cries nap and bed time
My daughter will be 18 months and the end of the month and lately all she does is cry at nap time and cry for bed time, she will fall asleep in my arms then when I put her down forget about it she has a tantrum and just cries cries cries even if I try picking her up she isn't having it. I'm drained it's all the time now unless I go for a car ride she'll fall asleep there. Any suggestions or advice please? TIA

Well... I held my daughter for naps from 17-21 months old.
I remember being annoyed at the time but I'm retrospect I'm glad i did it.
Of course, never was able to give that to my 2nd and 3rd kids.
It's a phase. It ended as abruptly as it started.

I believe it's a phase they go through my daughter is almost 3 and still does it every now and again

Ive been watching this 17mo old girl, who, when its nap time (you know its nap time like rubbing her eyes almost falling asleep where she stands) ill put her in the crib and immediately she screams soooo loud like the highest pitched sound i ever heard. Her mom says its just what she does. She tells me to put her in bed, let her scream and in about 10 mins shes out just like that.
I just gotta make sure all the other toddlers have already napped or wait to put them down untill shes already asleep.

My daughter cries at bedtime and nap time at first I would just have to tell her through the baby monitor lay down and stop it and she did.
Now she just cries for 5-10 mins and then falls asleep. I let her cry it out at 6 or 9 months because I got tired of holding her all night. The first night was so hard and the third night. But eventually she got used to it and she went down without crying. Now she and I both get great sleep. She recently started to cry now but it's only because we took her paci away but it still only 5-10min.
