Stressful job My job has been sooooo stressful lately, we are short staffed and everyone comes to me…

Haha their gonna keep asking you question dear seems like you a positive role model and a leader.

Try to de stress while you are at work maybe on a lunch break or in your free time

deep breathing,

stretching,

mediation,

when your frustrated treat your self to ice cream at lunch and reassure yourself that you are doing your best and you deserve the ice cream

Write sticky notes put it up at your desk or random spots with positive quotes that will make you smile.

Write about it! Sound corny right? Well it is but writing about it allows you to be honest with yourself and emotions about how your honestly feeling .. Without hurting someone's feelings.

Also express what's going on to your husband (just that he's alarmed and aware about the situation) their might be days you tried everything but it just doesn't work and you might go to hide those emotions but believe me they pick up when you have a attitude or your aggravated so make him aware that you might have back days because of the situation and ways he can help( by maybe giving a relaxing massage?) and remember to have healthy communication with him when it gets bad at work and your frustrated.

If it gets worst maybe it time to consider get additional help like therapy and it's nothing to be ashamed about. It's actually good to talk to someone that you don't have to have a complete filter over some of the stuff you talk about and it just for us ladies to talk(talking is powerful )
