Praying this one sticks

I started spotting last night with mild crams blood was bright red. since I had a previous mc 7 months ago I decided to stay home go to bed and see if it got worse. I did bleed a little more threw the night so I went to the ER in the AM. DR did blood work then sent me for an ultrasound. By then the bleeding had stopped and no cramping. I was still so worried I was positive I was loosing the baby. Turns out I'm 7 weeks I seen babe heart beat was 151 totally normal. Dr said still because of my history to keep in mind still 20% chance we could loose the baby. I'm to go for hcg testing every two weeks and another ultrasound in two weeks. I'm prying this one sticks. It's so hard loosing them. Then this evening I started cramping and bleeding again it seems like every time I get stressed and worked up it starts again the DR didn't tell me to do anything different tho I'm just praying this one sticks ?
