Brown blood? TMI.
I have Nexplanon and it has been wonderful minus it's pregnant like symptoms, I had no periods for 16 months. I have taken tests to be sure every couple of months, all bfn. Here is my concern/problem. In May i had 9 days of brown blood only when wiping, with a random mark on a pad. Thought nothing of it, it would have been my second period since I got my birth control and thought it was my hormones balancing themselves out. Had no period in June, red blood when wiping in July and nothing in Aug. I am currently on day 8 of brown blood when wiping again. I finally googled since this time I'm cramping slightly and it said it could be implantation bleeding, an ectopic pregnancy, a miscarriage or a some sort of disorder. Has anyone had experience with this? I am going to the dr first thing Monday. I just want to know if anyone has had something similar and have it be nothing.

With nexplanon any bleeding is possible I went a long time with no period like 2 years then the 3rd year started getting one again
Then I got it removed to have baby and got it put back in and in back to no period again

My period was never normal on it. I had the older version implanon. I didn't have a period the whole first year I think, then it would come randomly and pretty much as how you described. It was brown most the time if I remember correctly, and never got too heavy like a normal period would.
But if you feel somethings not right then talk with your dr.
