Saved a life?!
I saw one of the scariest forms of neglect and child endangerment imaginable. As I was stopped at a stop light I noticed a little boy about four leaning out of the window of a car stopped at the stop light. I thought maybe the parent was in the middle of correcting it. (They were in the parking lot of a store at the stop light getting ready to turn.) I know some kids are quick and hate seatbelt abd know how to undo their harness.

I think beating and child rape are scarier forms of child neglect and endangerment, but I do agree that's up there

I called the cops on some ass that had his 2 year old in the front seat, unbuckled, and letting him stand on the seat while going down the road. We live in a small town so I knew who it was. And I have a police scanner and hurried and got home to listen to it. Only to find out he had been in court for the same exact thing before.
