Rash on my stomach

I have been noticing small lil red dots on my stomach. First thing that came to my mind was chicken pox but on Saturday night i called my ob and the on call doc called me back. He said you can’t get chicken pox twice and that i am immune. Should i see an dermatologist? It doesn’t itch. Any suggestions?

I got those too my ob told me to buy eucerin or cetaphil I bought eucerin for dry itch skin I think and it’s working they used to itch a lot but not anymore.

Exactly like mine. I guess it starts itching I’ll see OB

I didn’t see him about it per se but they were there when I went to my appointment. They don’t itch at all. Just tiny red bumps.

I’ve got those too. It is pimples, in my case anyways. From the hormones ??

No fluids just red dots looks like pimples ?
