Depending on your city they should have something similar to a mailbox where you can do a drop off.

All pharmacies take them.

Hi angel, I just took mine to my clinic and they dispose of them

Take it to the pharmacy or fertility clinic, they should accept drop offs. Outside of my local clinic there’s a locked drop box for used needles, as well as sharps containers in the washrooms.

I also kept all of mine to commemorate the journey. I’ll post a pic for you to see.
