I am finally done with Pio shot ???? i am now 13 weeks thank god

Warm the oil before injecting. I would put the vile in a little cup of warm water first then massage the spot for awhile after the injection. My leg was numb and a little pain for many months after I stopped the injections

Before injection i use a numbing cream so it doesn’t hurt at all but today am feeling the aftermath. I will try heating pad now. Thanks ladies

I always iced the area before doing the shot, and whenever I would get pain or lumps I would use a heating pad after the injections, it helped.

Would icing the area help at all do you think?

2 more weeks of shots ? can i drink a pain killer?
