Today I went in for monitoring. Lining went down to 15 from 17. Still thick but he's not concerned. I am thou. Tonight I trigger and tomorrow I start progesterone. I will request next Monday off to rest for a total of 3 days. Any recommendation, advise to help implantation? Am excited I hope it works ???

15 is perfect! I ate pineapple, Brazil nuts, and avocado. I'm fairly sure baby started implanting the day after my transfer!

Did you feel the implantation? Did you rest? How soon does the embryo implants?

They say about 36 hours later. I had cramping the next day and almost a week later I got pink implantation bleeding (very little). Then the tugging sensation just stuck around.
