Has anyone successfully treated a yeast infection in the first trimester? I currently have one, and my doctor prescribed Terazol, but it's considered a category C medication in pregnancy. In January I had bacterial vaginosis at 6 weeks pregnant and was prescribed metrogel. The day after I finished the last dose, my baby's heart stopped beating. I'm not sure if the two were related, or if it is just a coincidence, but now I'm super cautious about taking medicine while pregnant. Any advice would be appreciated!

With my first. i was successful treating them doing a warm (not hot) bath with organic raw apple cider vinegar and epsom salt. (The salt was more for the aches and pains of pregnancy).

I always use a garlic tampon and apple cider vinegar. Works every time! I tried it first time while pregnant bc I didn't want to use meds. I was amazed at how simple and effective it was. Now at the first sign of anything down there, I overnight a garlic tampon and cured by next morning ;) Google it.

I for some reason have them frequently why pregnant. I always get the cream you use an applicator to put up there.. I didn't have any problems.

There is a homeopathic pill called AZO Yeast that I have been using. My first pregnancy I was so itchy.. come to find out it was a yearst infection. Now I pop one of these in my mouth if I feel any irritation coming about.
