^^I haven't. Does this mean labor is close? At my appointment a week ago I was 50-60% effaced 1cm dilated and baby was at station -1 to 0. Is it even possible for him to drop lower? I'm also having alot of cramps and I'm loosing parts of my mucus plug again.
