Yes. I was 23 weeks when it first started happening to me. My doctor says your body is preparing to make breast milk the clear liquid is called colostrum.

Don’t squeeze it or anything bc it can cause preterm labor also. Get some pads.

Also it is completely normal, i didnt have this with my first but with this one i started a few fays ago at 24 weeks. Sometimes clear sometimes yellowish in color very little amounts at a time. This is just your body prepping for that little bundle =)
