I'm 30 weeks today! In the final countdown now ???...so I had my VBAC consultation the other day and my Dh freaked out when they talked about possible complications so he wants me to just to schedule a C-section but I told him no I'm a good candidate for the VBAC and if there's a possibility of not getting sliced open then I'm going to try for that first! ?

Stick to your guns mamma! A VBAC is much better for you and baby than having major surgery. There’s also complications to having another c section too! I tried a vbac with my last and it didn’t work. I got induced and that was my mistake, I was induced due to convenience for my doctor and I was done, wish I would’ve done it differently but my girl is healthy ?

@rpickle... At least she was born healthy and when it's all said and done that's all that matters... But God willing in my situation the VBAC works because my dh is the only one that works and any family lives far away so they won't be around to help... It will be hard with a C-section but whatever has to be done then so be it?

I wish my doc wasn't so stubborn and push me to get another c section (mind u I had my son 7 yrs ago) so the possibility of a successful vbac is possible ughh. But he delivered my 2 other children and changing doctors at his point isn't possible. The only way would be to refuse to schedule and go into labor on my own... But don't know if he will be a happy camper with me if I did that ?
