I just suggested it cause i had thought my daughter had a cold but it went from rsv to broncitis. And she had no apetite at all so thats the reason i took my daughter to the hospital and after the pediatrician.

Pretty sure Silas just has a cold. He’s had no fever, no wheezing or breathing difficulties, he’s not sleeping more and still plays a lot. He’s not gagging on food anymore. We all have colds right now in our house. Our children’s hospital is a 5 minute drive from our house. If he gets worse, I will take him to a doctor but I’m not going to expose him to hospital germs when he just has a cold.

I thought she just had a cold until they tested her at her doctors office , I wouldn’t just assume it’s a cold to be safe :/ the closest children’s hospital is two hours away :/

If it makes you feel better, my baby has a bit of a cold but no fever, no wheezing in his chest. When his snot was really runny, he was gagging on his food because of the post nasal drip. That lasted a day.

You should try taking her to a childrens hospital they suction her out and it clears up. But the truth it ends up coming back.

Yeah I keep auctioning her nose with the frida but I can’t clear her throat and I can tell it’s a little swollen because things she had no problem with before are suddenly gagging her

Because they would say there was nothing they could do for the rsv, so i had taken her to the childrens hospital and they suctioned her 2 times and the last time i went it came out that her air way was swollen so they gave her steroid medication and in one day it went away.

Yeah she started wheezing :/ it took four visits ? Why?

Oh no! My baby just got over rsv. It was a nightmare. I finally at the 4th visit to the doctor he gave me some medication and the mucus and weezing went away.

Oh man the nose frida is a god send , I bought boogie nose spray too which helps a lot , she’s doing a little better today but her cough is cringe worthy still :/ thanks ladies it’s been a rough ride
