I have a cold or I think it’s a cold , I am also exclusively breastfeeding I need some relief from this dreadful cough and sinus pressure without using anything that is gonna dry up my supply , I’m going to buy some echinacea tea and some super good cough drops but i don’t know what else to do the coughing is the worst at night and I cosleep so I have to try hard not to wake her. I’ve posted in the breastfeeding group with no answer please I’m desperate lol thanks.

Hey .. you can still take over the counter meds. I took mucinex but I know you can also take robitussin. My dr told me to stay away from cough drops with menthol in them. I've been exclusively breastfeeding for 3.5 months and he was fine.. hope you feel better :)

VITAMIN A & E !! Take together and it is safe while ebf ... vitamin A 10,000 IU & vitamin E 400 IU daily
Also Vitamin C (500 tp 1000 mg daily) is an immune booster and is safe for baby as well

Have you tries vicks vapor rub on the bottom of your feet?
I've never tried it myself, but I've seen a lot of people say it works.
Rub it on the bottoms of your feet, put socks on, and sleep that way.
