Anyone else throwing up so bad it just feels like your insides are trying to come out? Sorry if tmi but it's just a little past midnight here and I woke up feeling awful so I went to throw up and it was so thick I choked on it and it totally felt like I breathed some in but there's now way it was like paste :( ugh I still hurt and it's been about 15 mins since it happened

It happens to me sometimes. Try drinking lots of water during those seconds when u are not throwing up so that at list when u vomit again there's water in your system that u can throw up and make everything less painful

So far every morning I get up and throw up, some stomach acid and some remnants of whatever I drank last comes up, the morning sickness is just gradually getting worse and worse as the weeks progress I'm none weeks tomorrow and I'm hoping by Christmas it slows or goes away:/
