I use a matte dark brown eyeshadow and love that it looks more natural than a pencil but you can still make it as light or dark as you'd like just use an edged brush.. You are gorgeous btw

My brows are naturally really thick so I don't fill in my brows but my mom used the elf eyebrow kit and then puts on the clear gel to keep them in place and it works great for her

I use a brow brush & eyebrow shadow and clean it with concealer .
