U try bouncing up and down and try to take deep breaths

If they get closer I'd call where you're scheduled for a section.

Get someone to rub your lower back using a flat hand & light pressure rubbing in circles during contractions. This really eased my pain 1st pregnancy so i will be doing it again when im in labour this time

My contractions are all over the place. They're between 2-7 minutes apart. I'm waiting for my brother to get me and I'll be on my way to L&D.

With both my boys my contractions were all over the place. I stopped timing them after a while.
