Still need HELP!!!
Ladies I'm desperate. I posted about a week ago about my 13 month old not sleeping through the night. I'm giving him a bottle of pediasure at bedtime to make sure he stays full but it's no use. Idk what to do anymore to get him to sleep without waking 3+ times a night!!! Im frustrated and super exhausted ?

My two year old wakes up a least a couple times a night. I gave up on thinking "oh he'll sleep through the night when he's 6 months, when he's a year, when he's two". I'll be happy once he does but I'm not holding my breath.

My two year old still wakes up 1-2 times a night sometimes. It's normal. I've noticed my other two kids didn't sleep all the way through the night, every night, until they were almost 3. To be honest, as long as he's fine, I don't bother him. He usually plays until falls back asleep on his own so... No advice momma. Sorry.

What is he wanting when he wakes up? Snuggles, milk? Does he have a pacifier?

Mine is a bottle (with water), and then a resulting diaper change. It's totally cyclical but when I tried to cut him off the bottle entirely it resulted in middle of the night temper tantrums and he'd but up for two hours afterward (so would I) so I caved and kept the water going. He won't take a pacifier

For the ones that give milk/water could you slowly cut back the amount you give? Or for the water leave a sippee cup with a little

Is he going through a leap?

If he wakes up and wants something to drink leave bottle/ sippy with a little water and maybe he will ease himself back to sleep on his own. Try getting him into a bedtime routine try night time soothing lotion or maybe some soft backround music and night light.

Ya. My 2 yr old wakes up a couple times a night.
I'm weaning him completely off bottles for naps and bed. It seems to be helping him wake less at night.
He only takes a cup during the day btw.

My 3.5 year old wakes frequently during the night. ? idk why. She just gets restless, I guess. I usually just tell her to climb in bed with me. That way I can snuggle her until she falls back to sleep. Crazy thing, then she still wakes up early!
ETA- by "frequently", I mean a few times per week. Not multiple times per night, thank goodness!

Is he active during the day? I noticed a marked difference between when my DD went to my mom's for day care and now that she's in school. She sleeps hard and long through the night and doesn't fuss about bedtime.
My mom did field trips and would take her to the park, zoo, or bounce house but it wasn't tiring her out. At home, they mostly went outside and gardened or swam - so more leisure Vitamin D exposure. Maybe stepping up the play time may tire him out enough to sleep through the night.

I was co sleeping until he was about 6 months old. Then he was doing fine sleeping through the night in his crib. But all of a sudden he just wouldn't stay in his crib. He would cry if he wasn't with me in my bed. And when he went off formula he started waking up a lot more. And he's sooo loud. He screams! Idk what to do. I give him his paci and it won't help. I hold him and it won't help. I give him milk and that may or may not help ?

My daughter just started sleeping through the night at 16 months... I've always read it is a developmental milestone that they reach. Even now, at 18 months, she will occasionally wake up and fuss for a few minutes before falling back to sleep. Hopefully someone has some advice for you, but I never could find something that was the magic cure.

We took our 17 month old to the chiropractor. Turns out her hips were out of line and she was miserable while trying to sleep. She sleeps great now and we go back next week to get her readjusted again.

My 2 yr old still often wakes up 2 times or even more. Sometimes he sleeps through, but usually he doesn't. Some kids are just like that

I've been lucky enough not to have this issue with either of my girls.
But once they wake have you tried giving them a couple min to see if they will self soothe themselves back to sleep? I know CIO isn't exactly for everyone(not Entirely what I'm suggesting), but maybe giving a few min will help break the habit?

Update:
So last night my LO finally slept through the night!
I did two things differently. I pulled his pack n play closer to my side of the bed and also gave him a bottle of Enfagrow. He only drank 2oz though.
So I'm not sure which of those two helped or maybe both did but I'm praying he continues to sleep like that!!! ??????
